The B.B.Q. Duo
Minimum of 20 people

Fresh cut chicken seasoned and grilled to perfection. Topped with your favorite topping (B.B.Q., teriyaki, Jamaican jerk, or roasted). Served alongside some of the best smoked pork ribs (baby back). Topped with a Jack Daniels B.B.Q. Sauce. Includes seasoned rice, fresh vegetables, your choice of three salads, pickle tray, and rolls and butter. $34.00

The Grill 
Minimum of 30 people

Choice of 6oz NY sirloin steak or 5oz boneless chicken breast. Grilled over an open flame and served with your choice of roasted or baked potato. Includes garden fresh vegetables, your choice of three types of salads, vegetable tray, Pickle Tray, rolls and butter, and assorted desserts. $42.00    
You may upgrade to a beef kabob or chicken brochette for $3.50 extra.

The Tex-Mex Fajita Fiesta
Minimum of 30 people

We start with marinated beef and chicken breast that is grilled and sliced. Served with all the fixings you will need to build the best fajitas you could imagine. with choice of 3 Salads, assorted desserts $41.00

The Surf and Turf B.B.Q.
Minimum of 50 people

A whole NY striploin grilled on the B.B.Q. and carved to order, Boneless Chicken Breast seasoned and cooked to perfection. Served with a grilled shrimp brochette, Bordelaise or peppercorn sauce. Served with a choice of baked or roast potato, rice pilaf, and garden vegetables.
